Situated on the historic Duddell Street, in the heart of Hong Kong’s Central district, Duddell’s beautiful space is newly reimagined in 2025 by André Fu Studio. It exudes the ambience of a 1920s Guangdong art collector's private mansion, one that houses a MICHELIN-starred restaurant. At Duddell’s, one can enjoy an authentic Cantonese journey guided by Executive Chef Chan Yau Leung, with a focus on reviving "Forgotten Flavours" and nearly-lost techniques through a refined menu.
