You can sign up as Crystal Member for free.

Your name of the Membership must be identical to your name on your official identification document, so you can only have one membership account.

The Membership, e-Card, Accumulated Spending, hello Points and Benefits are not transferable by a Member and may only be used, enjoyed or redeemed by the Member to whom the Membership, e-Card, Accumulated Spending, hello Points and Benefits belong or are granted or issued. The purported transfer of Memberships, e-Cards, Accumulated Spending, hello Points and Benefits will be null and void.

Upon registration as Crystal Member, if the Accumulated Spending reached HK$20,000 to HK$79,999 before the end of a calendar year (including Eligible Transactions conducted within seven (7) calendar days prior to a person who successfully applies and registers for Membership but excluding transactions conducted anytime before the hello Program is launched (i.e. 30 March 2021), you will be eligible to be upgraded to Amber Member. If the Accumulated Spending reached HK$80,000 or more before the end of a calendar year (including Eligible Transactions conducted within seven (7) calendar days prior to a person who successfully applies and registers for Membership but excluding transactions conducted anytime before the hello Program is launched (i.e. 30 March 2021), you will be eligible to be upgraded to Ruby Member.

You will remain an Amber/Ruby Member until the end of the calendar year in which you were upgraded to an Amber/Ruby Member and also until the end of the following calendar year (the “Following Year”).

If such Amber Member duly registers and accumulates HK$20,000 to HK$79,999 in Accumulated Spending during but before the end of the Following Year, the Amber Membership will remain until the end of the calendar year subsequent to the Following Year. If such Ruby Member duly registers and accumulates HK$80,000 or more in Accumulated Spending during but before the end of the Following Year, the Ruby Membership will remain until the end of the calendar year subsequent to the Following Year.
