Following its successful opening in Tokyo in May 2021, GARIGUETTE has now opened its first overseas branch in Hong Kong. The signature pastry, the mille-pressé, draws inspiration from the traditional French mille-feuille. It's creatively transformed it into a round and hollowed-out version. It features a delectable freshly made custard filling, sandwiched between two layers of distinctive puff pastry made with premium ingredients.
