Häagen-Dazs™, originated in 1921. At the time, Reuben Mattus, the founder of Häagen-Dazs™, drove a carriage to help his mother sell ice cream. By 1932, Reuben Mattus owned his first production facility. With 100% raw materials, no preservatives, artificial flavors, artificial colors and artificial emulsifiers, combined with a very low air content of about 25% ice cream, it produces a mellow and smooth top ice cream. Persevering in perfection, insisting on using top natural raw materials, making meticulously and carefully, just to become a real high-quality ice cream.
