In 1948, A-1 Bakery Group was established its first “Health & Fresh” concept store in Osaka, Japan with the mission to produce high quality products and provide the best service. Since 1985, A-1 Bakery has strived to provide “Natural & Healthy” bread, aimed at bringing the new revolutionary baking technique, high fibrous and well nutritious produce to Hong Kong. Through 30 years more development, there are over branches in Hong Kong.
