1. This Hang Lung Malls (G-SHOCK CASIO) e-Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is only valid at selected merchants / tenants (the “Selected Merchant(s)”) at selected malls operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“HLREAL”). 2. This e-Coupon is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and will not be reissued if expired. 3. No minimum spending is required for using this e-Coupon. Any unused balance will be forfeited. 4. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. 5. This e-Coupon cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, returned, replaced or exchanged for cash, other product(s) or discount(s) under any circumstances. 6. A maximum of 1 “e-Coupon” can be used for each transaction. 7. Each member can redeem e-Coupon more than once. 8. Please present this e-Coupon before checkout. No retrospective arrangement can be made. 9. This e-Coupon can only be used once. 10. This e-Coupon cannot be reused in any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or withdrawn for whatsoever reason. 11. Selected Merchants bear the sole responsibility for all obligations and liabilities related to the quality and condition of the goods or services purchased by this e-Coupon (partially or in whole). 12. HLREAL does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with the goods or services purchased by this e-Coupon (partially or in whole) and shall not be held liable for the same. HLREAL shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to the goods or services purchased by this e-Coupon (partially or in whole). 13. Transactions settled by this e-Coupon are not eligible for the registration of hello points, any other redemptions, and/or parking privilege(s), save that for a transaction settled partially by this e-Coupon, the portion of such transaction not settled by this e-Coupon is eligible for the registration of hello points, provided that the other applicable terms and conditions are fulfilled. 14. In the event that this e-Coupon is redeemed through the deduction of hello points, the corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the member's account after such redemption. No cancellation of such redemption or the refund of such hello points is allowed. The redemption request will be rejected if the member has insufficient hello points. 15. HLREAL and G-shcok Casio may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms & Conditions and/or withdraw or terminate this e-Coupon without prior notice. 16. In case of any dispute, HLREAL and G-shcok Casio reserve the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of HLREAL shall be final and conclusive. 17. By using this e-Coupon, users are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and accepted that HLREAL is entitled to the rights set out in such Terms and Conditions. In case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any dishonest or fraudulent conduct and/or acts by the user of this e-Coupon, HLREAL has the sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke such user’s entitlement to this e-Coupon, demand and recover from such user the benefits redeemed or equivalent value in cash and pursue any legal action, without any prior notice. 18. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
