1. This Clean Living (the “Merchant”) Free storage charge for dry cleaning with storage service 5pcs or more e-Redemption Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited) and is valid for use only at Kornhill Plaza. 2. Each e-Coupon entitles the holder to redeem / enjoy the specified benefits at the Merchant. 3. Each member (the “Member(s)”) of the hello Program can redeem a maximum of one (1) e-Coupon. 4. This e-Coupon is valid until Jun 15, 2022 and will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 5. Unless otherwise specified, no minimum spending is required for using this e-Coupon. 6. Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 7. To use an e-Coupon, Members must present the e-Coupon to the Merchant before redemption. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 8. This e-Coupon can only be used once. 9. This e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reasons. 10. The Merchant shall be liable and bear the sole responsibility for all obligations and liabilities related to the goods and/or services to be purchased or exchanged with the e-Coupons. Such goods and/or services are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 11. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section 11 and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 12. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the e-Coupons and/or withdraw or terminate the e-Coupons without prior notice. 13. In case of any dispute regarding the e-Coupons or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 14. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
