1. This Base8 1/F Dining (the “Merchant”) Merchant e-Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited) and is valid for use only at Base8 1/F Dining dine-in. 2. Present this e-Coupon at Base8 1/F Dining Fashion Walk store to receive one complimentary snack with dine-in patronage of liquor during happy hour (15:00-17:15). 3. Each member (the “Member(s)”) of the hello Program can redeem a maximum of one (1) e-Coupon. 4. This e-Coupon is valid for until Dec 15, 2022 from the date of issuance and will not be reissued if expired. 5. Each table can only redeem the offer once. 6. Pictures are for reference only, please refer to the actual products. 7. Quotas apply and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 8. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, certificates, vouchers, cash dollars, other promotional offers or discounts and the like (electronic or otherwise and whether or not issued by HLREAL and/or its associated companies), except for the Hang Lung e-Shopping Coupons. 9. Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount, other products or services. 10. A maximum of one (1) e-Coupon can be used for each transaction. 11. This e-Coupon cannot be used for more than one (1) transaction and cannot be used for split payment transactions (i.e. transactions with multiple payment receipts for the payment of the same goods, services or the like). 12. To use an e-Coupon, Members must present the e-Coupon to the Merchant before checkout. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 13. ‬This e-Coupon can only be used once. 14. This e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reason. 15. The Merchant shall be liable and bear the sole responsibility for all obligations and liabilities related to the goods and/or services to be purchased or exchanged with the e-Coupons. Such goods and/or services are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 16. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section 15 and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 17. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the e-Coupons and/or withdraw or terminate the e-Coupons without prior notice. 18. In case of any dispute regarding the e-Coupons or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung and IL COLPO GROUP shall be final and conclusive. 19. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
