1.This HK$50 Watami Japanese Dining (the “Merchant”) e-Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello 恒隆商場獎賞計劃)”(the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2.This e-Coupon entitles the holder to spend up to the specified amount at the Merchant. This e-Coupon is only applicable to Amoy Plaza / Grand Plaza store. 3.A minimum spending of HK$300 on Grand Menu and paid by credit cards or other e-wallets are required to redeem the HK$50 discount, excluding the 10% service charge. 4.This e-Coupon is available from Monday to Friday after 17:00. This e-Coupon cannot be used on Feb 14, 2023. 5.This e-Coupon is not applicable to lunch menu, tea menu, student menu and any set menu transaction. 6.This e-Coupon is applicable to dine-in transations only. 7.10% service charge applies based on original price. 8.Only one(1) e-Coupon can be used per table. For billing, count of person for a table is based on the declared patronage number during seating registration. Split of bill will not be accepted. 9.Quotas apply and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 10.Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can redeem a maximum of one (1) e-Coupon. 11.This e-Coupon is valid until March 31, 2023 and will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 12.Unless otherwise specified, no minimum spending is required for using this e-Coupon. In the event the transaction amount of a transaction is more than the value of the e-Coupon(s) used, the difference must be settled by the Member. In the event the transaction amount of a transaction is less than the value of the e-Coupon(s) used, any unused / unclaimed balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 13.Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (including 5% discount offered by WATAMI Credit Card). This e- Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, certificates, vouchers, cash dollars and the like (electronic or otherwise and whether or not issued by Hang Lung and/or its associated companies), except for the Hang Lung e-Shopping Coupons. 14.Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 15.A maximum of one (1) e-Coupon can be used for each transaction. 16.This e-Coupon cannot be used for more than one (1) transaction and cannot be used for split payment transactions (i.e. transactions with multiple payment receipts for purchasing the same goods / services or the like). 17.Members must present the e-Coupon to the Merchant before checkout. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 18.This e-Coupon can only be used once. 19.This e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reason. 20.Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be purchased with this e -Coupon are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 21.Transactions which are wholly settled by this e-Coupon do not entitle Members to register Registered Spending and hello Points and redeem benefits, including but not limited to parking promotions / privileges (for a transaction settled partially by this e-Coupon, the portion of such transaction not settled by this e-Coupon and which satisfies the requirements under the hello Program Terms and Conditions will be accepted). 22.The corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the Member's hello Points balance upon the redemption of this e-Coupon and the redemption cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. There shall be no refund of hello Points. Redemption requests will be rejected if the Member’s hello Points balance is insufficient. 23.Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as 27.Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 24.Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this e-Coupon and/or withdraw or terminate this e-Coupon without prior notice. 25.In case of any dispute regarding this e-Coupon or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 26.In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
