1. This 2 hours Free Parking e-Coupon (the “Parking e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited) and can be used at the car park located at Amoy Plaza, 77 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong only (the “Car Park”). 2. The terms and conditions (the “hello Program T&C”) of the hello Program which can be accessed via the “Hang Lung Malls App (恒隆商場手機應用程式)” (the “Hang Lung Malls App”) or“香港hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃微信小程序” (the “hello WeChat Mini Program”) or at www.hanglungmalls.com/en/tnc apply to the Parking e-Coupon, save that in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the hello Program T&C and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail. 3. This Parking e-Coupon can be used from April 30, 2026 to May 10, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”). 4. Each Parking e-Coupon is valid for six (6) hours from the time of issuance and will not be reissued after expiry under any circumstances. Upon expiry, any unused benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 5. Quota applies to the Parking e-Coupons and it is available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 6. Each hello member can redeem a maximum of one (1) Parking e-Coupon every day during the Promotion Period and up to three (3) Parking e-Coupons during the entire Promotion Period. 7. Parking space in the Car Park is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis. 8. Each Parking e-Coupon entitles the holder to enjoy two (2) hours of free parking for his/her vehicle at the Car Park. 9. A vehicle’s entry time at the Car Park is determined by the Car Park’s parking system. 10. Holders of Parking e-Coupons must present the Parking e-Coupon for redemption at the designated redemption venue before the vehicle leaves the Car Park. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 11. This Parking e-Coupon can only be used once. 12. Each vehicle can only enjoy Parking e-Coupon(s) issued to the same member account. 13. Only the hello member to whom a Parking e-Coupon is issued can use such Parking e-Coupon and it cannot be transferred. 14. This Parking e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 15. The Car Park’s regular hourly rates shall apply to parking time not covered by Parking e-Coupons. 16. Parking e-Coupon(s) cannot be used in conjunction with “Night Park Privilege” or any other benefits / privileges specified by Hang Lung from time to time. 17. Once a Parking e-Coupon has been used, it cannot be refunded under whatever circumstances. 18. A photograph or screenshot of any Parking e-Coupon will not be accepted. 19. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Parking e-Coupons and/or withdraw or terminate the Parking e-Coupons without prior notice. 20. By redeeming or using this Parking e-Coupon, holders are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and accepted that Hang Lung is entitled to the rights set out in these Terms and Conditions. In case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or Hang Lung reasonably believes that dishonest or fraudulent conduct and/or acts have been committed by the holder, Hang Lung has the sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke the holder’s entitlement under this Parking e-Coupon, demand and recover from any holder the benefits redeemed or equivalent value in cash, claim against the holder for any damages and/or losses arising from or in connection with the above and pursue any legal action, without any prior notice. 21. Due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events and/or circumstances not under the control of Hang Lung, including, without limitation, acts of God, earthquakes, fires, floods, wars, civil or military disturbances, acts of terrorism, sabotage, strikes, epidemics, riots, power failures and computer failure, Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Parking e-Coupons and/or withdraw or terminate the Parking e-Coupons without prior notice. Hang Lung accepts no liability for the aforementioned amendments, withdrawal and/or termination. 22. In case of any dispute arising out of the Parking e-Coupons or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision which shall be conclusive. 23. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
