1. This TenRen's TEA (the “Merchant”) e-Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello 恒隆商場獎賞計劃)”(the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. This e-Coupon entitles the holder to enjoy designated discount offers on designated products at Merchant. 3. A quota applies to this e-Coupon and it is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 4. Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can redeem a maximum of one (1) e-Coupon. 5. This e-Coupon is valid for 7 days from the time of issuance and will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused / unclaimed balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 6. Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 7. A maximum of one (1) e-Coupon can be used for each transaction. Only e-Coupon(s) from the same member account can be used in a single transaction. 8. Members must present the e-Coupon to the Merchant before checkout. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 9. This e-Coupon can only be used once. 10. This e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reason. 11. The photos and corresponding value provided (if any) are for reference only, and may vary from the actual goods and/or services redeemed. 12. Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be redeemed or purchased with this e-Coupon are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 13. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 14. Hang Lung and the Merchant may at their sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this e-Coupon and/or withdraw or terminate this e-Coupon without prior notice. 15. In case of any dispute regarding this e-Coupon or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung and the Merchant reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 16. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
