Pro-Balance Knives

Pro-Balance, a Hong Kong local brand, designed in Hong Kong, and made in Germany. The world's first kitchen knife with adjustable weight was designed by Pro-Balance’s founder and chief designer Jimi Kwok. Adding adjustable weight to the handle of a knife is unprecedented. It allows the user to locate his/her own point of balance, and therefore, customizing the knife to integrate it with the user’s personal knife habits.
