1. The reservation pass (the “Reservation Pass(es)”) of Sweaty Betty (the “Merchant”) Outdoor Wellness Workshop is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. 8 quotas for each session are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 3. Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can redeem a maximum of two (2) reservation passes. 4. The corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the Member's hello Points balance upon the redemption of this reservation pass and the redemption cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. There shall be no refund of hello Points. Redemption requests will be rejected if the Member’s hello Points balance is insufficient. 5. This reservation pass can only be used once and cannot be reused under any circumstance. 6. This reservation pass will be expired after the workshop commencement time and will not be reissued if expired. 7. A physical entry ticket for the designated workshop session will be provided when a member registers eligible transaction(s) at the concierge counter of Peak Galleria and must be provided at the workshop session at least 10 minutes before the commencement thereof. Otherwise, the member may be refused admission and no refunds will be provided. 8. The physical entry ticket can only be used at the designated date and time. 9. The workshop lasts around 60 minutes, late comer will not be compensated for any lost time. 10. Due to safety concerns, all participants must be aged eighteen (18) or above. 11. Pregnant women, people suffer from chronic illness (e.g. high blood pressure, heart disease, etc.) are not recommended to participate in this activity. If a participant has any special medical needs or require special care, please consult his own medical practitioners about the suitability to use our facilities before entering the venue. Hang Lung shall not be held liable for any injuries or loss resulting from any accidents inside the venue. 12. Please do not participate the workshop if you have the following symptoms: fever, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, severe cough, sensitive or inflamed skin, runny nose, sneezing, blisters or rash on hands and feet. If the staff discovers the participants have the above symptoms, the staff has the right to refuse participants to participate in the workshop. 13. Participants should beware of safety and are willing to take full responsibility for any accidents and injuries during the event; Hang Lung shall not be held liable for any injuries or loss resulting from any accidents inside the venue. 14. Participants must keep an eye on their valuable items, Hang Lung shall not be held liable for any loss of properties of the participants. 15. Participants should properly use all facilities in the venue. Staff reserves the right to disqualify any participants or stop the workshop and claim for compensation if any misuse or deliberately sabotage is found. 16. Unless otherwise specified, this reservation pass cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 17. If the workshop session is cancelled due to bad weather or any other reason, replacement sessions will not be arranged but (where applicable) hello Points will be refunded. 18. Workshops to be held at Peak Galleria and subject to the decision of HLREAL. No objection can be made by the participants. 19. Hang Lung may record the Event for marketing and promotional purposes. Photos and videos may be used in newspapers, magazines, radio and television broadcasts, websites, mobile applications, emails and outdoor advertisements, etc. Customers/Members agree that HLREAL may use, present, publish or disseminate the photos or videos taken with the portraits of the customers/Members in any and all media, without any remuneration to such customers/Members. HLREAL has the absolute right to use any photos, films, videos and records of the Event. 20. This workshop is not operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited ("HLREAL”). HLREAL does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with this workshop and shall not be held liable for the same. HLREAL shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to this workshop. 21. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this reservation pass. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this reservation pass. 22. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these terms and conditions or any aspect of this reservation pass and/or withdraw or terminate this reservation pass without prior notice. 23. In case of any dispute regarding this reservation pass or these terms and conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 24. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
