1. This HK$100 Francfranc (the “Merchant”) Conditional e-Coupon (the “ Conditional e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello 恒隆商場獎賞計劃)”(the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. This Conditional e-Coupon entitles the holder to spend up to the specified amount at the Merchant. 3. A quota applies to this Conditional e-Coupon and it is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 4. Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can redeem a maximum of five (5) Conditional e-Coupons. 5. Members can enjoy HK$100 off upon spending of HK$800 (on original price items only). A maximum of two (2) Conditional e-Coupons can be used for each transaction. 6. Electronic payment is required to use this Conditional e-Coupon. 7. This Conditional e-Coupon is valid until Apr 30, 2023 and will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 8. In the event the transaction amount of a transaction is more than the value of the Conditional e-Coupon(s) used, the difference must be settled by the Member. In the event the transaction amount of a transaction is less than the value of the Conditional e-Coupon(s) used, any unused / unclaimed balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 9. Unless otherwise specified, this Conditional e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. This Conditional e- Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, certificates, vouchers, cash dollars and the like (electronic or otherwise and whether or not issued by Hang Lung and/or its associated companies). 10. Unless otherwise specified, this Conditional e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 11. This Conditional e-Coupon cannot be used for more than one (1) transaction and cannot be used for split payment transactions (i.e. transactions with multiple payment receipts for purchasing the same goods / services or the like). 12. Members must present the Conditional e-Coupon to the Merchant before checkout. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 13. This Conditional e-Coupon can only be used once. 14. This Conditional e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reason. 15. Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be purchased with this Conditional e-Coupon are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 16. The corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the Member's hello Points balance upon the redemption of this Conditional e-Coupon and the redemption cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. There shall be no refund of hello Points. Redemption requests will be rejected if the Member’s hello Points balance is insufficient. 17. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this Conditional e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this Conditional e-Coupon. 19. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this Conditional e-Coupon and/or withdraw or terminate this Conditional e-Coupon without prior notice. 20. In case of any dispute regarding this Conditional e-Coupon or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 21. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
