1. This MCL Amoy Cinema (the “Merchant”) 2D e-Redemption Coupon (the “e-Coupon(s)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. This MCL Amoy Cinema 2D e-Redemption Coupon can be used to redeem a 2D movie ticket at MCL Amoy Cinema, terms and conditions apply, please refer to the appendix for details. 3. A quota applies to this e-Coupon and it is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 4. Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can redeem a maximum of five (5) e-Coupons. 5. This e-Coupon is valid until May 16, 2023 and will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 6. Unless otherwise specified, no minimum spending is required for using this e-Coupon. In the event the transaction amount of a transaction is more than the value of the e-Coupon(s) used, the difference must be settled by the Member. In the event the transaction amount of a transaction is less than the value of the e-Coupon(s) used, any unused / unclaimed balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 7. Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon can be used in conjunction with other offers. This e-Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons, certificates, vouchers, cash dollars and the like (electronic or otherwise and whether or not issued by Hang Lung and/or its associated companies), except for the Hang Lung e-Shopping Coupons. 8. Unless otherwise specified, this e-Coupon cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 9. This e-Coupon cannot be used for more than one (1) transaction and cannot be used for split payment transactions (i.e. transactions with multiple payment receipts for purchasing the same goods / services or the like). 10. Members must present the e-Coupon to the Merchant before checkout. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 11. This e-Coupon can only be used once. 12. This e-Coupon cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reason. 13. Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be purchased with this e-Coupon are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 14. Transactions which are wholly settled by this e-Coupon do not entitle Members to register Registered Spending and hello Points and redeem benefits, including but not limited to parking promotions / privileges (for a transaction settled partially by this e-Coupon, the portion of such transaction not settled by this e-Coupon and which satisfies the requirements under the hello Program Terms and Conditions will be accepted). 15. The corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the Member's hello Points balance upon the redemption of this e-Coupon and the redemption cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. There shall be no refund of hello Points. Redemption requests will be rejected if the Member’s hello Points balance is insufficient. 16. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 17. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this e-Coupon and/or withdraw or terminate this e-Coupon without prior notice. 18. In case of any dispute regarding this e-Coupon or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 19. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Appendix MCL Amoy Cinema 2D e-Redemption Coupon Terms and Conditions: 1. This e-Redemption Coupon can be used to redeem one 2D movie ticket at the box office of MCL Amoy Cinema. Customers may visit MCL Cinemas website to check the cinema details. 2. Cross-site ticketing service is not available at box office in MCL Cinemas. 3. This e-Redemption Coupon is not redeemable via website, mobile application, kiosk and phone ticketing. 4. This e-Redemption Coupon is not applicable to film festivals, alternative programs, live broadcast programs, venue rental or group bookings and films with special arrangement with film distributors. 5. Supplementary charges will be levied on each ticket redeemed by this e-Redemption Coupon if the movie version / house is: i) 3D; (ii) MX4D; (iii) long duration or (iv) under any other special cases. Please inquire our cinema staff for details. 6. This e-Redemption Coupon is only applicable to the shows on or before the expiry date. 7. No refund will be made regardless of the ticket value of the ticket redeemed. 8. This e-Redemption Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offers and cannot be exchanged for cash or other denominations. 9. This e-Redemption Coupon can be used once only and any copy is invalid. A maximum of 4 e-Redemption Coupons can be used to redeem tickets of the same show. 10. This e-Redemption Coupon will expire automatically after it is redeemed. The expired e-Redemption Coupon cannot be reused or reissued. Any attempt to fraud will bring forth criminal prosecution and civil claim. 11. If there is ambiguity of validity of this e-Redemption Coupon, the version under MCL Cinemas ticketing system shall prevail. In case MCL Amoy Cinema is closed temporarily due to construction, any special incidents or force majeure events or under expiry of tenancy, this e-Redemption Coupon is still applicable to other cinema locations. 14. MCL Cinemas reserves all rights to amend the terms and conditions and discontinue or terminate the use of this e-Redemption Coupon without prior notice. If a new version of Terms and Conditions is released, this version will be replaced and the new version shall prevail. 15. MCL Cinemas reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute. 16. If there are discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
