1. This Premium Pet Supplies Expo 2024 complimentary ticket redemption pass (the “ticket pass(es)”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. This ticket pass is valid until May 12, 2024. The holder must present this complimentary ticket redemption pass at the exhibition entrance to redeem a complimentary ticket and enter the exhibition during the exhibition period. Each complimentary ticket can be redeemed by one (1) person only. 3. Quotas apply to this ticket pass and it is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. 4. This ticket pass will not be reissued if expired. Upon expiry, any unused / unclaimed balance / benefits will be forfeited and cannot be carried forward. 5. Unless otherwise specified, this ticket pass cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 6. This ticket pass can only be used once. 7. This ticket pass cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the redemption is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reasons. 8. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission when deemed inappropriate. 10. Arrangement of the exhibition should be relied on the latest announcement by the Organizer. 11. Performance and program arrangement are subject to change without prior notice. 12. If the exhibition is cancelled due to bad weather or an accident, the organizer has the right to make alternative arrangements. 13. The Organizer does not bear any liabilities or responsibilities for the products or services provided by the exhibitors. 14. Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be redeemed with this ticket pass do not include any warranty; cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products and are not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Members are required to examine and accept the condition of such goods at the time of redemption. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 15. The corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the Member's hello Points balance upon the redemption of this e-Coupon and the redemption cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. There shall be no refund of hello Points. Redemption requests will be rejected if the Member’s hello Points balance is insufficient. 16. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this ticket pass. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 17. Hang Lung and The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this ticket pass and/or withdraw or terminate this ticket pass without prior notice. 18. In case of any dispute regarding this ticket pass or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung and The Organizer reserve the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung and The Organizer shall be final and conclusive. 19. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
