1. The Dining e-Coupons are valid only at participating food & beverage merchants located at the designated Hang Lung Malls (the “Participating Merchant(s)”). Please click “Show all Participating Merchants” for details. The list of Participating Merchants will be updated from time to time without prior notice.  2. One (1) Dining e-Coupon can be used for every HK$500 of eligible spending, subject to a maximum of ten (10) Dining e-Coupons per transaction (i.e. minimum spending of HK$5,000). Different types or denominations of e-Coupons cannot be used in the same transaction.  3. The expiry date of an issued Dining e-Coupon is indicated on the relevant Dining e-Coupon page. Upon expiry, any unused Dining e-Coupon(s) will be forfeited and will not be extended or reissued.   4. More than one (1) Dining e-Coupon may be used in a single transaction, provided that all such Dining e-Coupons are under the same Member account.  5. Each Dining e-Coupon can only be used once at a Participating Merchant. Members must present the Dining e-Coupon(s) to the Participating Merchant before checkout. No retrospective arrangements will be made. 6. The Dining e-Coupons cannot be altered, returned, cancelled, transferred, resold or refunded and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.  7. The relevant Participating Merchant is responsible for the products/services purchased with the Dining e-Coupon(s). Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) is not the supplier, provider or manufacturer of such products/services and does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such products/services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any claims, demands, expenses, costs, losses, or compensation arising directly or indirectly from such products/services. For any inquiries, feedback, complaints or disputes relating to the products/services, Members should contact the relevant Participating Merchant(s) or the manufacturers or suppliers directly.  8. A transaction in which Dining e‑Coupon(s) is used shall not entitle Members to register hello points or redeem benefits, including but not limited to promotional activities and parking privileges.  9. The Dining e-Coupons cannot be used to pay any service charges or tips related to dine‑in consumption; to purchase or top-up Octopus cards or other stored value facilities as defined under the Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance (Cap. 584 of the Laws of Hong Kong); or to purchase cash vouchers or related items from Participating Merchants.  10. A photograph or screenshot of a Dining e-Coupon will not be acceptable.  11. By using a Dining e-Coupon, a Member is deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and accepted that Hang Lung is entitled to the rights set out in such Terms and Conditions. In case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any dishonest or fraudulent conduct and/or acts by a Member, Hang Lung has the sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke the Member’s entitlement to any benefits, demand and recover from such Member the benefits redeemed or equivalent value in cash, claim against the Member for any damage and/or losses arising from or in connection with the above and pursue any legal action, without any prior notice.  12. Due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events and/or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Hang Lung, including, without limitation, acts of God, earthquakes, fires, floods, wars, civil or military disturbances, acts of terrorism, sabotage, strikes, epidemics, riots, power failures and computer failure or other technical failure, Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of the Dining e-Coupons and/or withdraw or terminate the Dining e-Coupons without prior notice. Hang Lung accepts no liability for any such amendment, withdrawal and/or termination.  13. In case of any dispute arising from the Dining e-Coupons or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision.  14. In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  15. The terms and conditions of the hello Program which can be accessed via the “Hang Lung Malls App (恒隆商場手機應用程式)”, the “香港hello恒隆商場獎賞計畫WeChat Mini Program”, or at the Hang Lung Malls Official Website apply to the Dining e-Coupons. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the hello Program and these Terms and Conditions, the latter shall prevail.  16. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises.
