Incorporated with purple yam in every element of the cake, the Purple Yam Mille Crêpes is intrinsically delicate and intense in flavour. With no less than 20 layers of lacy crêpes layered between air-light whipped cream and velvety paste made with purple yam, and crowned with purple yam crumbles and snow sugar, the mille crêpes beautifully orchestrates the natural sweetness of purple yam. Sliced cakes (HK$78/slice) and whole cake pre-order (6-inch HK$510/cake; 9-inch HK$780/cake) are now available. The Whisky Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake is making its return. The decadent cake is infused with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, a fully rounded single malt whisky in perfect balance with flavours of honey, citrus and ginger. The cake is layered with dark chocolate whisky mousse, whisky jelly with orange zest, milk chocolate whisky mousse, chocolate sponge cake and dark chocolate feuilletine.
