Highlighted Terms & Conditions
1. This event is applicable to hello members only.
2. The transaction must be conducted through eligible electronic payment methods. The same-day machine-printed sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip must be presented at the designated redemption venue to redeem the reward. The stated transaction time and dine-in time must be after 8:00pm. Each set of eligible receipts can be used to redeem one reward only.
3. If the stated transaction time or dine-in time on the sales receipt is after 10:00pm, the sales receipt and corresponding electronic payment slip can be presented at the concierge counter for redemption on the next day, provided that there is still quota and such day is on a day during the Promotion Period.
4. Each hello member is entitled to redeem the reward once only per redemption day.
5. Daily quotas apply and are available on first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
6. hello members should check the conditions of gifts and request for a replacement if any damages are found upon gift redemption. Replacement, refund or compensation will not be made after the completion of the redemption.
