Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must successfully register for the ""Fur-tastic New Year Day"" event through the specified method below to be eligible to participate in the various event segments:

- Method: Furmomo Google Form Registration

- Participants can register for the event upon becoming a member of hello and Furmomo, and completing the Furmomo Google Form in the above link.

2. Any changes to event details, content, or arrangements will be subject to the final decision of the organizer, Furmomo.

3. By participating in the event, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furmomo disclaims all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, pets, or property arising from participation in the event, use of the complimentary gift pack, or receipt of any veterinary services.

5. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Furmomo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation, their pet’s behavior or the use of any products or services provided at the event.

6. In case of any dispute, the organizer Furmomo reserves the right of final decision.

1. Free Veterinary Palpation Service

a. The free veterinary palpation service involves evaluating the pet’s (dog or cat) physical condition (e.g., Body Condition Score - BCS), and the attending veterinarian will provide recommendations regarding physique, nutrition, or health maintenance.

b. There are only 12 quotas available for the veterinary palpation service for each day (i.e. a total of 24 quota for the whole event).

c. The service is only applicable to participants who have registered for ""Fur-tastic New Year Day"".

d. The time for the veterinary palpation service will be arranged for participants on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of registration through the Google Form. Quotas are limited and available while supplies last.

e. Each palpation service session will be approximately 10 minutes.

f. The assessment in each palpation session is for one pet (dog or cat only).

g. This veterinary palpation service is for consultation purposes only and does not include any drug treatment, diagnosis, laboratory tests, vaccination, or follow-up medical procedures.

h. This veterinary palpation service is only applicable to healthy dogs and cats. If a pet shows obvious signs of discomfort or illness, the organizer and the veterinarian reserve the right to refuse the palpation service.
