SUSHI·MASA is dedicated to create the first Omakase for young people. Chef Masa, who has more than 10 years of experience as a Japanese chef, introduced the Tsukiji model into SUSHI·MASA. The seafood caught on the day was sold out on the same day. All food are prepared and tasted on site with the purpose of serving warm sushi to guests. In SUSHI·MASA, only seasonal food are provided.
