1. This Entry Pass (the “Pass”) is issued under the “hello Hang Lung Malls Rewards Program (hello恒隆商場獎賞計劃)” (the “hello Program”), an integrated membership program managed and operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“Hang Lung”) (by itself and for and on behalf of Hang Lung Properties Limited). 2. Admission will be arranged in ascending order. Please be patient while waiting. 3. A quota applies to this pass and it is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts. 4. Each hello member (the “Member(s)”) can redeem a maximum of one (1) pass. Each Pass is for two (2) pax only. 5. This Pass is valid till May 10, 2026 and will not be reissued if expired. 6. Unless otherwise specified, this Pass cannot be varied, returned, replaced, cancelled, transferred, resold, refunded or exchanged for cash or discount or other products. 7. Members must present the Pass to the onsite staff before entry. No retrospective arrangements can be made. 8. This Pass can only be used once. 9. This Pass cannot be reused under any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled for whatsoever reason. 10. Unless otherwise specified, the goods and/or services to be redeem with this Pass is not supplied / provided / manufactured by Hang Lung. Hang Lung does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with such goods and/or services and shall not be held liable for the same. Hang Lung shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to such goods and/or services. 11. The corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the Member's hello Points balance upon the redemption of this Pass and the redemption cannot be withdrawn or cancelled. There shall be no refund of hello Points. Redemption requests will be rejected if the Member’s hello Points balance is insufficient. 12. Hang Lung expressly welcomes its employees and staff members and its associated companies’ employees and staff members (collectively, the “Staff” and together with the Staff’s immediate family members, the “Associated Persons”) and their respective immediate family members to join as Members and redeem this e-Coupon. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend this Section and deny the Associated Persons the right to join as Members and participate in the hello Program and redeem this e-Coupon. 13. Hang Lung may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of this Pass and/or withdraw or terminate this Pass without prior notice. 14. In case of any dispute regarding this Pass or these Terms and Conditions, Hang Lung reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of Hang Lung shall be final and conclusive. 15. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Entry Notice 1. The minimum age for entry is 6 years old. 2. Participants under age 12: Must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. A signed and submitted eWaiver must be completed prior to participation. 3. Participants under age 18: A valid email address must be provided during booking. The eWaiver must be signed by a parent or adult guardian and submitted before the activity starts. Failure to present the signed waiver during check-in on the day of the event may result in admission being denied. 4. Participants aged 18 or above: A valid email address must be provided during booking. The eWaiver must be signed and submitted before entry. Failure to present the signed waiver during check-in on the day of the event may result in admission being denied. 5. Non-Slip Socks : For hygiene and safety purposes, it is mandatory for all visitors to wear non-slip socks at all times within the premises. Visitors are not to be barefoot and no shoes are allowed in the premises. The use of non-slip socks are required for all Participants. XVENTURE reserves the right to refuse entry if no non-slip socks are used. Arrival Time: Please arrive at the XVENTURE ticket office at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for registration and wristband collection. Late arrivals may experience delays. 8. Identification: You must present a valid passport or ID card at the ticket office to redeem your activity wristband. 9. Scheduling: Registration takes approximately 15 minutes. For safety and operational reasons, the exact activity start time will be managed by staff based on onsite conditions. We appreciate your patience. 10. Weather Conditions: Please refer to Adverse Weather Arrangement 11. STORAGE / PERSONAL BELONGINGS : You may keep your footwear in the designated areas provided. If you choose to use any storage facilities offered by us, we do not recommend storing any valuables there. XVENTURE will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property stored in any storage facilities or area at our venue (whether arising from our negligence or otherwise). 12. NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS : To avoid any contamination and other risk exposure, outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed. No food and drinks are allowed within the zones. 13. CLEANLINESS: XVENTURE strives to keep our premises as clean and comfortable for all. We reserve the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges HKD1000 for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks. We seek your cooperation in cleaning up after yourself. 14. HEALTH: All guests must be in good health before entering XVENTURE and comply with any public health directive as may be in force from time to time. The management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who appears to be unwell. When choosing an activity, guests should consider their own age, height, weight, ability, health condition or other factors. For any improper use of the gaming facilities, XVENTURE shall bear no responsibility or liability for any injuries. 15. SAFETY: All visitors are required to adhere to all rules and restrictions as stated by XVENTURE staff and as stated on every facility in XVENTURE. 16. OUTFITS: As climbing, sliding, jumping and other physical activities are involved, we strongly recommend the use of long sleeves and pants to avoid potential abrasion. 17. DISCIPLINE: We do not condone bullying, discriminatory and violent behaviour. Anyone who displays discriminatory or aggressive behaviour or uses harsh or abusive language within the premises will be asked to leave the premises and if the situation warrants it reported to the police. Any damage caused to the facilities through bad, unruly behaviour or misuse of the facilities will be claimed against you. You are to use the facilities as instructed and shall in no way cause any damage to the same. 18. FIRST AID ASSISTANCE: In the event of any mishap or accident, please report it to the nearest staff at sight so that immediate assistance. 19. OPENING HOURS: We reserve the right to alter our operations hours, shorten and/or halt playtime or revise the rules and regulations whenever necessary and without prior notice. We may from time to time have to close our premises (or certain areas of the premises). 20. This activity is not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, acrophobia, high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.). 21. In the event of force majeure or extreme weather, the provider reserves the right to cancel the activity and arrange a reschedule.
