Mammy Pancake

The founder of Mammy Pancake opened his first street store in 2009 with the hope of recreating the taste of the traditional pancakes he remembered from his childhood. He worked to develop pancakes with a crispy outer shell yet tender and chewy on the inside. The strong-tasting pancakes are made in such a way that children can enjoy the traditional pancakes their mothers recalled from their own childhoods. To preserve this sense of warmth and tradition, the founder opened the first store in Hung Hom, Hong Kong, naming it "Mammy." Thus, the origin of "Mammy Pancake" is rooted in the desire to share a nostalgic taste with future generations.
