Terms and Conditions of e-Redemption Coupon 1. This e-Redemption Coupon(the “e-Redemption Coupon(s)”) is only valid at Amoy Plaza Concierge operated by Hang Lung Real Estate Agency Limited (“HLREAL”). Each member can redeem maximum 1 e-Redemption Coupon. 2. This e-Redemption Coupon is valid until December 31, 2021 and will not be reissued if expired. 3. This e-Redemption Coupon cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, returned, replaced or exchanged for cash, other product(s) or discount(s) under any circumstances. 4. This e-Redemption Coupon can only be used once. 5. This e-Redemption Coupon cannot be reused in any circumstances, even if the transaction is subsequently cancelled, refunded or withdrawn for whatsoever reason. 6. Selected Merchants bear the sole responsibility for all obligations and liabilities related to the quality and condition of the goods or services purchased by this e-Redemption Coupon (partially or in whole). 7. HLREAL does not in any way warrant the quality and condition of or any other matters in connection with the goods or services purchased by this e-Redemption Coupon (partially or in whole) and shall not be held liable for the same. HLREAL shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect claims, demands, costs, charges, expenses, losses, damages and compensations arising out of or relating to the goods or services purchased by this e-Redemption Coupon (partially or in whole). 8. Transactions settled by this e-Redemption Coupon are not eligible for the registration of hello points, any other redemptions, and/or parking privilege(s), save that for a transaction settled partially by this e-Redemption Coupon, the portion of such transaction not settled by this e-Redemption Coupon is eligible for the registration of hello points, provided that the other applicable terms and conditions are fulfilled. 9. In the event that this e-Redemption Coupon is redeemed through the deduction of hello points, the corresponding hello points will be deducted instantly from the member's account after such redemption. No cancellation of such redemption or the refund of such hello points is allowed. The redemption request will be rejected if the member has insufficient hello points. 10. HLREAL may at its sole and absolute discretion and at any time amend these Terms & Conditions and/or withdraw or terminate this e-Redemption Coupon without prior notice. 11. In case of any dispute, HLREAL reserves the absolute right to make the final decision and the decision of HLREAL shall be final and conclusive. 12. By using this e-Redemption Coupon, users are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and accepted that HLREAL is entitled to the rights set out in such Terms and Conditions. In case of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any dishonest or fraudulent conduct and/or acts by the user of this e-Redemption Coupon, HLREAL has the sole and absolute discretion to immediately revoke such user’s entitlement to this e-Redemption Coupon, demand and recover from such user the benefits redeemed or equivalent value in cash and pursue any legal action, without any prior notice. 13. In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Terms and Conditions of HK$50 HK Cuisine Gift Voucher 1. Present this gift voucher at Tai Hing, Trusty Congee King, Men Wah Bing Teng restaurants in Hong Kong, to use it as HK$50 for any purchase of regular price items, dining-in and takeaway. 2. The expiry date of this gift voucher is December 31, 2023. 3. This gift voucher is not applicable at stores in airports, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and overseas as well as online shops or online payment. 4. If using this gift voucher to purchase special price or discounted items, the original price will be used in calculating the total bill. 5. This gift voucher is non-exchangeable for cash and no changes will be given, and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other promotions or offers. 6. This gift voucher is invalid and not replaceable if lost, defaced or altered. 7. This gift voucher cannot be used for any external commercial sales or promotional purposes, except for getting the prior written consent by Tai Hing Group. 8. Tai Hing Group reserves the right of final decision if any dispute(s).
